It is time to join or renew your annual membership to JCAT - (The Judicial Commissioner Association of Tennessee). Membership changed in 2015 to a fiscal year instead of a calendar year to be in line with County and State Accounting. Your
Membership will be from July to June. Being a member allows you to attend JCAT conferences provided from the litigation tax bill that was passed in July of 2012. The monies from this tax is used to provide three to four educational sessions per year.
This will allow a member to attend one session per calendar year. The tax is used for the education of Judicial Commissioners, Magistrates and Clerks state wide that sign warrants, citations and set bail.

The Association was instrumental in drafting the new legislation in 2010 that requires training for Judicial Commissioners, Magistrates and Clerks that sign warrants and citations. The legislature has entrusted JCAT with the approval of training received from another sources other than a JCAT conference. Members that attend our conferences know how informative, entertaining and helpful the topics and speakers are. The contacts you will make and the net working at JCAT conferences are priceless.

Membership fees remain at $75.00 for each member. Please complete one form per
